These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (referred to as "you", "User", "Customer", or "Vendor") and Spire Marketplace Inc. (referred to as "Spire", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately discontinue use of our Platform.

To make purchases, rate products, or open a vendor store, you must create a registered account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate and current.
• Protect your password and restrict access to your account. You assume responsibility for all activities occurring under your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at security@spirehubs.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to accounts that violate these Terms, provide false profile details, or engage in suspicious behavior.

All purchases made through the Platform are processed securely via authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal). By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable checkout total, including taxes and shipping fees.

Prices listed are determined by individual third-party vendors and are subject to change without notice. Customers are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes based on their shipping address location.

Refunds are governed by our global Returns Policy. Refund requests must be initiated through the "My Orders" status panel within 14 days of delivery.

The Platform layout, graphics, logo designs, text content, database structures, software code, and overall design are owned by or licensed to Spire Marketplace Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Product images, specifications, brand logos, and description texts uploaded by vendors are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, extract, reproduce, republish, or scrape any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Spire or the original vendor copyright owner.

In connection with using our Platform, you explicitly agree that you will not:

• Post fake, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content or product reviews.
• Advertise or sell prohibited items (including illegal substances, counterfeit goods, or weapons).
• Use any automated robots, scripts, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Platform for any purpose.
• Distribute viruses, malware, or any other technologies that harm the system or user interests.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security features or account restrictions.

Spire operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. We provide the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Because products are listed and shipped by independent vendors, Spire does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or description accuracy of items sold. Any contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the vendor.

In no event shall Spire, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either via an announcement banner on our homepage or via email to registered accounts.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
